Refund & Return Policy – The Rustic Loft
At The Rustic Loft, each piece of furniture is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, quality, and your unique specifications in mind. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Custom & Made-to-Order Furniture
All custom and made-to-order furniture sales are final. This includes any items built to your size, finish, wood, or design specifications.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds on custom furniture once an order has been placed.
Please double-check all order details—including dimensions, finishes, and features—prior to submitting. We are happy to assist with any questions before you finalize your purchase.
In-Stock or Non-Custom Items
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery or pickup
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- A 15% restocking fee may apply
- Customer is responsible for return shipping or drop-off
Damages or Defects
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and a detailed description
- We will work with you to repair or replace the item promptly
