Shipping & Delivery Policy – The Rustic Loft

At The Rustic Loft, we take pride in delivering handcrafted solid wood furniture directly to your home with care and professionalism.

Local Delivery – Tri-State Area

We offer white glove delivery throughout the Tri-State Area, including:

• New York
• New Jersey
• Connecticut

Our delivery team handles your furniture with the utmost care—from transport to in-home placement. Delivery includes:

• Scheduled appointment
• In-home placement
• Minor assembly if required
• Packaging removal upon request

Note: Delivery fees vary based on location and will be confirmed at the time of order placement.

Showroom Orders

Most of our orders are placed in-person at our Long Island showroom. During your visit, we’ll walk you through customization options, timelines, and delivery scheduling.

If you place your order online or by phone, our team will follow up to confirm:

• Custom specifications
• Delivery fees and availability
• Approximate production and delivery timeline

Lead Time

All of our furniture is made to order. Typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, depending on the piece and customizations. You will be updated when your order is ready for delivery.

Shipping Outside the Tri-State

At this time, we do not offer nationwide or freight shipping. However, if you're outside the Tri-State Area, contact us — we may be able to coordinate with a third-party carrier.
